Investor and developer Create Real Estate purchased the space from Genting, and is now looking to turn it into 5,500 ft sq of “loft-style workspace', split across two floors. Global gambling giant Genting Casino previously operated on the upper floors of a red-brick Victorian building on Portwall Lane, in Redcliffe, before the chain closed the venue amid the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.
